Recording a Meeting
Methods
Enable Google/Outlook Calendar Integration:
- After signing in with Google/Outlook Calendar, your scheduled Zoom meetings will be automatically recorded
Add-hoc Joining:
- If a user joins a meeting where the host has connected their Zoom account to Agency and the meeting does not have a recorder bot, Agency will automatically detect this, send a recorder, and register the meeting in Agency's sytem
Using Manual Add:
- If you have joined a scheduled meeting without a recording bot, navigate to the meetings page and click the "Add recorder to meeting" button
- When prompted, seach for the calendar meeting in Agency's system that you wish to add a recording bot to
- Paste the meeting url you wish to send the recording bot too, and it should join within 1-2 minutes
Prerequisites
- Successful sign-in to the app
- Scheduled zoom meeitngs (via connected Outlook/Gmail account) or a connected Zoom account to send bots automatically for ad-hoc meetings
Accessing Recorded Meetings
- Naigate to the meetings page in order to view your recorded meetings in Agency
- Use Agency's search feature (Cmd + K) in order to search for recordings by meeting name, company, or attendees
